In the same folder where you have saved your project you must have a subfolder called Adobe Premiere Pro Video Preview (like the one in my screenshot). Close Premiere Pro before deleting everything you have inside that folder, then open and ready, you must make new previews. Look in the preferences to see where they are.
Do one of the following: From the Effect Controls panel menu, choose Remove Effects. Right-click a clip in the timeline, and select Remove Attributes. In the Remove Attributes dialog box, select the types of effects you want to remove, and click OK.It's simple, go down to the track in question on the timeline and make sure it's set to track keyframes. Then grab your pen tool and highlight all the keyframes you want to delete, and hit the delete key. Simple as that you're back to square 1. You may need to fiddle with checking the "link/unlink" of the clips/audio, and whether if you lock the audio you can delete the spaces, something like that. In Compact view, Premiere Pro only changes the label's color, but there is no tag. Full Size. If the timecode panel is set to Full Size view, Premiere Pro displays a tag when a different format is selected and changes the label color from white to orange. Other display options.
